In the hustle and bustle of daily life it is all too easy to get swept away in a tidal wave of e-mails, phone calls, tweets amongst others. My resolution this year is to take some time to stop, breathe and absorb and appreciate what is around me, especially family and friends. Then... reap the benefits.
